Many people arrive in therapy already competent, responsible, and exhausted. They've learned to function well while quietly losing contact with themselves. This work is for those who want to understand how that happened, and what becomes possible when the pattern is finally visible.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and highly self-aware.
They have spent years reflecting on their experiences and often understand far more about themselves than others realize.
They don't come to therapy because they lack insight. They come because insight alone hasn't created the change they hoped for. They often find themselves returning to familiar relationship patterns, questioning their own needs, or feeling quietly disconnected despite appearing composed.
My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and depth-oriented. I believe lasting change comes from understanding the patterns that shape your life.
